All of your you e-workouts will be customized and modeled off of our Revolutionary Boot Camp Training System… BODYBOOTY Or BOOGIE BOXING or our totally exclusive 25 min F.A.S.T Fat Blast Workout!  The system you choose dictates how your program will be tailor-made to your specific fitness needs and goals!

Knowing how to strength train and use the equipment properly is essential to fast, injury-free results. BBB provides you with expert video instruction, step by step, on the perfect form for each and every exercise, including: alignment, breathing, intensity, emphasis and movement.

LITTLE TO NO EQUIPMENT REQUIRED!

B•B•B believes that your body is the only equipment that you will ever truly need or have! This Is why our workouts are mainly designed around using your own body weight, however to enhance your workouts you will need to purchase SOME equipment such as a (jump rope, timer, 12-14oz boxing gloves, light to moderate dumbbells & strength bands). To really kick up the intensity in your workouts you will need to purchase some of if not all of the following… (an agility ladder, medicine ball and a kettle bell). The cheapest place to find these items on the Internet will be Muscle Driver USA OR Amazon! If you don’t have a timer or can’t figure out how to use the one on your phone don’t worry, the training app where you will be receiving your workouts has one built in. However the best timer to use is the app “Boxing Timer Pro” which you can find in the Mac App store or Android App store. If you find it difficult to purchase some or all of the items mentioned don’t worry we can modify the workouts for what you do have at your home. NO EXCUSES!!!

 

SESSION/SCHEDULE TRACKER

Your entire program and Individual sessions will be tracked and marked off as you complete them through the “Trainerize”™ Mobile App! If you have any questions regarding your workouts you can text or e-mail your coach at anytime! You will also get one conference call a week by Skype, Face time or regular phone call.

This program will focus on Building, Strengthening, Conditioning and Toning the Entire body thru Integrated•Body•Training/ High•Intensity•Interval•Training/ Functional•Strength•Training and Boxing/Thai Kickboxing

This one hour workout is designed to burn calories for 14 to 36 hours after the workout, up to 1300 calories in total! With proper nutrition consulting  and guidance this entire 5 week program is designed for you to shed anywhere from 10 to 20 pounds and up to 6% body fat!

This program will work the entire leg muslce group, however it will mainly focus on Building, Shaping and Toning that ever so problem area known as the Booty, Butt or Gluteus Maximus!
