1-ON-1 PRIVATE BOXING COACHING!
What you get in B•B•B’s Private Boxing Training is a more focused and detailed professional boxing/Thai boxing training session! Unlike our Bootcamps, where the boxing section is 15-min long, your entire Private Boxing session will be centered on the ABC’s of Boxing and Thai boxing!
You will learn… proper stance, balance, footwork, punching, kicks, knees, elbows, combinations, defense, core work and so much more! Also Boxing training is the most calorie burning exercise in the world! 1 hour of Boxing can burn anywhere from 650 up to 1300 calories per workout!
This training is for anyone who…
1. Loves or likes Boxing and always wanted to learn…
2. Wants to learn self-defense and gain more confidence…
3. Is just curious about Boxing and wants to change up their
routine to something a little/lot more intense!

B•B•B’s 1-on-1 Personal Fitness Training Is very similar to our Bootcamp training, we focus mainly on “Functional•Strength•Training” and “High•Intensity•Interval•Training”!
The primary goal of functional training is to train the body to perform easier and more efficiently throughout the day by enhancing its coordination of strength and movement as well as endurance! This is done thru a combination of various types of fitness training such as Resistance Training (rubber bands and light weight lifting), Plyometrics (jumping and quick movement drills), Calisthenics (using ones own body weight) and High Intensity Interval Training or AfterBurn Training! You will also learn a little Boxing/Thai Kick Boxing to help increase your balance and coordination, however not as much as the Private Boxing! These workouts are also designed to BURN anywhere from 600 up to 1300 calories per hour session!
PRIVATE MINI BOOT CAMPS… 3-5 OR 6-10 PEOPLE!
Have you ever wanted to get a personal trainer but didn’t want to go through the pain alone? Then how about a cozy little torture session for three or five or ten! Just kidding about the torture…sort of! Now you and your friends can go through the pain together as well as reap the benefits! In our Mini Boot Camps you will go through the same fat melting body shaping routines that we do in our normal sized Boot Camps, however with a smaller group more individual attention can paid to each client! This is most beneficial for the Boxing section of the Boot Camp. These workouts are also designed to BURN anywhere from 600 up to 1300 calories per hour session!
